Aaron is an undefeated Golden Gloves Boxer and a black belt in BJJ with extensive experience in wrestling, Judo, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Olympic Taekwondo.

Aaron has coached Silver Gloves, Golden Gloves, J.O. Champions, and World Champions as well as numerous professional fighters in boxing, kickboxing, and MMA (all the way up to Bellator level).

Aaron’s self-defense experience outside of the ring comes from years of working in the fields of personal protection, security, and fugitive recovery. Aaron has completed advanced military contractor, high-level threat protection, counter terrorism, kidnapping prevention, and surveillance training from Trojan Securities International.

Master Veral Noland began training in Tae Kwon-Do in Chehalis Washington under Hong Sik Kim in 1986. That same year he competed in his first tournament at the Southwest Washington Fair. Since then Veral has competed in hundreds of tournaments to include two trips to the United States Taekwondo Union National tournament in 2002 and 2003.

He has trained several junior/senior national champions and one international competitor that made the United States Army Taekwondo Team. He is currently a 5th Degree Black Belt under Grand Master In Hui Won of Del City Oklahoma and a member of the U.S. Central Taekwondo Association.

Master Noland is also a United States Air Force veteran who served in the Persian Gulf. He is a blue belt in BJJ.

Jehiah Burchfield has been training a variety of martial arts (striking, ground, and weapons) since 1994. He has eight years of military service in Engineer and Military Police units. He has also worked briefly as an armed security contractor and in other security roles and has trained with and studied numerous experts in the field of extreme close quarters combat, which is a current area of specific interest.

Jehiah is a brown belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu (2016); a coach at TCB Fight Factory in Rogers, AR;  a combatives instructor for Salvo Security Group; a full-time faculty member at NorthWest Arkansas Community College, a part-time lecturer at the University of Arkansas, and Director of HR at his wife’s private practice.

He is the father to three lovely girls and four ornery dogs.

Professor Marshall Baker is a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black Belt under IBJJF World Champion Matthias Meister (Kanō Jigorō → Mitsuyo Maeda → Carlos Gracie Sr. → Helio Gracie→ Carlos Gracie Jr. → Matthias Meister → Marshall Baker). 

He began his training in 2013 while living in New Orleans and received his Black belt in 2022. Professor Marshall relocated to northwest Arkansas in 2020 and has been training and teaching at TCB ever since.

Wyatt Mitsch is a 4th degree black belt in Tang Soo Do and a competitive MMA fighter and kickboxer. 

He is a kids Tang Soo Do and kickboxing instructor at TCB.
